Care is for businesses that want straightforward website support after launch. It is optional, month-to-month and never added automatically.

Local Presence is the first recurring marketing service we intend to pilot. It is designed to keep the essential parts of a local business’s online presence current through one monthly approval, not constant calls and content requests.
- Website uptime, form-delivery and technical search checks
- Monitoring of Google profile hours, contact details and services
- Four Google Business Profile posts each month, drafted from verified facts and approved in advance
- New-review alerts with personalised response drafts for owner approval
- A direct Google review link and branded QR asset
- A monthly scorecard using the Google and website signals actually available
Profile access, content approval, reporting and offboarding need to work reliably before billing begins. We are collecting interest first, then proving the complete delivery cycle with a small pilot.
Google Business Profiles are free. The planned fee is for Townbright’s monitoring, content, reporting and management work. The business remains the profile owner; Townbright would act only with written permission and owner approval for review replies. Do I need a monthly plan to buy the C$999 website?
No. The website stands on its own and includes 12 months of basic hosting. Monthly services are optional.
Can I subscribe to Local Presence today?
Not yet. We are taking interest while we prove account connection, monthly approvals, publishing, reporting and clean cancellation with a small pilot. We will not collect payment before the delivery system is ready.
Will Townbright own my Google Business Profile?
No. The eligible business should remain the owner. Townbright would act as a manager only with written permission, keep you informed of changes and remove access after cancellation.
Does AI write everything automatically?
AI can accelerate research and drafting, but content is grounded in approved business facts. Public posts and review replies require owner approval. Sensitive or uncertain information is held for review.
Why not offer every marketing service now?
Because a longer menu is not the same as better service. We add a product only after the workflow, cost, permissions and customer responsibility are clear.

Social content can be a strong next layer, but only when it is based on real offers, completed work, supplied photos and customer-approved stories. A stream of generic AI posts will not make a local business more credible.
After Local Presence is proven, we intend to test a tightly scoped Facebook and Instagram add-on: eight original content pieces per month, one batch approval and scheduled publishing. No direct-message management, comment replies, paid ads or custom filming.
This service is not currently for sale. We will publish the final scope and price only after the content, approval and scheduling workflow has been proven.
