What we collect and why
When you request a website review, we collect your name, business name, town and province, email, and any website address or message you provide. We use this information to assess your request, contact you about it, and, if you become a client, deliver our services. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in a database used to operate this website. Our website infrastructure uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Information may be processed outside Canada, where different laws may apply. We do not sell enquiry information. We share it only with service providers supporting these purposes or where required by law.
Security and retention
Enquiry records are not publicly accessible. For abuse prevention, the form temporarily stores a hash derived from your IP address; old rate-limit records are removed as new requests are processed. Hosting providers may also maintain technical logs. We retain enquiries while responding and managing the business relationship, and review old records for deletion when no longer needed, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
Payments and third-party services
Approved clients may receive a Stripe-hosted payment link. Payment details are collected by Stripe; this website does not store card numbers. Google Fonts is used to display the website typefaces and may receive your IP address when fonts load. This website does not currently use advertising trackers or marketing analytics.
Your choices and contact
You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@townbright.ca. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where legally required. Avoid including sensitive personal information in your initial request.
